So whether you are looking to improve your group riding skills, get fit, train for a big event, or just looking to meet fellow minded people, then the Rouleurs could be the club for you! Our main ethos is to ride as a group, we stop for punctures, and leave nobody behind. If you are concerned about keeping up with the group then talk to one of our experienced members. We schedule laps around Richmond Park on the first Saturday of every month to encourage new members along. Ideally this would be your first meetup so that you can find the right pace group to ride with, and to meet some of the regulars on a nice leisurely ride. We have many exciting events coming up, including cycling holidays, monthly club socials as well as some epic rides.

A nice day out for RPR on the Isle of Wight Randonnee earlier this month.

The route follows the island clockwise from Cowes, taking in around 100 km of rolling roads, coastal scenery and a few decent climbs along the way.

A good mix of riding, ferry travel and catching up with fellow Rouleurs — very much one of those days that’s as much about the journey as the mileage.

The Wolf Way 🐺🚴‍♂️

Five days, roughly 400km of Suffolk gravel, quiet lanes, bridleways, coastal tracks and the occasional “creative” route adjustment along the way.

A brilliant few days of riding, great pubs, good food, a fair amount of beer, some rain, plenty of laughs and some properly memorable trails.

We didn’t follow every kilometre of the official Wolf Way route, but we definitely got the full flavour of it — Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, the Suffolk coast, Lowestoft and plenty of countryside in between.

Bikepacking at its best: ride, eat, drink, sleep, repeat. 🍺🍕🚲

Huge thanks to everyone who helped organise it and to the whole group for making it such a fun trip.

Please join us for RPR New Members Laps in Richmond Park this Saturday morning 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

We’ll be meeting at 10:00am at Colicci Café, Roehampton Gate for a couple of easy-paced laps, followed by coffee and a chat about the club.

It’s a great way to meet some of the RPR members, get a feel for our group riding and see if the club is right for you.

A fabulous Sunday out for RPR 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

Three groups headed out, ranging from Steady through Steady+ to Intermediate, with some great riding across the Surrey Hills to Ripley and Peaslake.

Different routes and different paces, but everyone finished back together at The Norbiton in Kingston for some well-earned refreshments.

A brilliant day of riding, sunshine and good company. Huge thanks to everyone who organised, led and supported the groups. 💛🖤

June on two wheels 🚴☀️

A few snapshots from the last month with Richmond Park Rouleurs. Plenty of miles in the Surrey Hills, café stops, smiles, and some fantastic achievements along the way.

Huge congratulations to Matt and Caroline on completing La Marmotte ⛰️, and to Rachel, Sally and Angel for taking on Chase the Sun 🌅.

🚴🍺 Trails N Ales 2026 🍺🚴

A ride that turned out to be rather more trails than ales…

120km of gravel, chalk, woodland singletrack, steep Surrey Hills climbs and enough elevation to keep everyone honest. Starting from Alpkit Kingston, we headed out through the Thames towpaths, North Downs and Surrey Hills before looping back to The Park Brewery.

The route delivered everything from fast gravel tracks and punchy climbs to hidden trails I’d never ridden before. By the end there were tired legs, dusty bikes and some very well-earned beers waiting at the finish.

A huge thank you to Kingston Wheelers for organising a fantastic event in support of the Full Cycle Community Bike Project and Kent Surrey Sussex Air Ambulance.

☀️ Spring Bank Holiday on the Jurassic Coast

12 Rouleurs headed down to Dorset for a day of sunshine, sea air, hills and spectacular scenery.

Starting in Wareham, we crossed on the Studland chain ferry, climbed through the Purbeck Hills, rolled past the iconic ruins of Corfe Castle, followed the Jurassic Coast, threaded our way through a packed Bournemouth seafront in 34°C heat, and then headed back through the edge of the New Forest to Brockenhurst.

🌳 New Forest

A proper endurance day rather than a fast one — plenty of climbing, plenty of laughs, and plenty of ice creams, coffee stops and cold drinks along the way.

Our Medal Heroes! Mallorca 312 • 2026 🇪🇸☀️🚴‍♂️

Huge congratulations to all the RPR riders who took on the Mallorca 312 this year.

Big climbs, hot roads, early starts, tired legs, mechanicals, nerves, laughter, gels, coffee stops and that final run into Playa de Muro under the finish gantry.

Whether you rode the full 312, the 225 or the 167 — every single distance is a serious achievement in Mallorca heat and terrain.

What makes these trips special isn’t just the riding.
It’s the people:

* helping each other through rough patches
* waiting at cafés
* sharing pumps, food and encouragement
* post-ride beers
* sunburnt terrace debriefs
* and the quiet satisfaction of getting it done together.

Some seriously strong rides from the Rouleurs this year and brilliant to see so many medals coming home to London. 🥇

Recover well everyone.

A strong Bank Holiday weekend for RPR 🚴‍♂️

Great to see multiple rides out across the groups, from Ripley loops through to Edenbridge and Oxted runs. Good numbers, good pace, and plenty of miles banked.

What stood out most was the mix — different groups, different speeds, all rolling out and making it happen. That’s what keeps the club working.

Sun on the back (mostly), solid efforts all round, and a few well-earned café stops along the way.

Simple stuff really. Turn up, ride, share the road, enjoy it. 👍
