I’m reminded of why I am running the marathon next week and humbled by the distance too questioning why I chose to do it in the first place. 🤣

Today is a very hard day for me and I appreciate the patience, love and support from everyone.
Seven years ago I was in a coma.
Seven years ago I lost track of time.
Seven years ago I stopped playing rugby forever.
Seven years ago I learned how to sit up in a bed.
Seven years ago I learned how to sit in a chair.
Seven years ago I learned how to walk.
Seven years ago I learned how to have a shower.
Seven years ago by some MIRACLE 🙏 I WALKED MYSELF OUT OF THE HOSPITAL!
I am now walking, running (with mud too) working, teaching, doing my pole fitness and gained a lot of strength!
When you think of giving up don’t! I wouldn’t be here today if I chose to give in.
I’m here if you need me, lots of love ♥️♥️♥️

I DID IT!!!!! Loch ness marathon 2023 complete YESTERDAY! 🙌
I paced and helped him complete his FIRST road marathon!
I’m so proud of you Daniel! 🙌
And now for more food, the spa hotel and whirlpool bath!!!
