DAY RETREAT!

We are very excited to be hosting our first ever Retreat!

The Day Retreat will take place on Saturday 5th October at Beckenham Place Mansion. The activites throughout the day will include: HIIT/ Circuits, Team Games, Boxfit and Yoga. There's even a chance for a dip in the lake if you fancy it! Lunch and snacks will also be included!

The Early Bird price of £120 will be available until 31st August.
We have also got a Double Ticket deal for £220, so if you and a partner or friend would both like to attend, make the most of this deal.

We are leaping from 2023 to 2024 with a new studio and plans for retreats and outdoor classes aplenty!

Make time for yourselves this week and come and have some fun at Boxfit on the Heath.

Thursdays 6.30pm
Fridays 9.30am

These classes are fun and a great opportunity to get fit and enjoy being outdoors with others.

We meet by the bus stop on Royal Parade.

£4 per class cash or card.

I am keeping an eye on the weather but still hope to be able to run both Thursday and Friday classes this week.

Come prepared with waterproof and layers!
