Caribsa is a dance fitness class that incorporates Caribbean dance, music and aerobics to create a thoroughly exhilarating, body-trimming, fantastic class! Come join us on Saturdays, 12:30 - 13:30 dance aerobics followed by abs workout 13:30 - 14:00. Venue: 10 St Matthews Road, Community Centre, SW2 1 NH (free parking; please note this is not St Matthew's church)
Cost: £7.50 dance class + £1 extra for abs
