ChiChi Fit with Petula

Happy, happy me! Just received notification that I've passed my PureStretch course! It's a detour I know from tge usual classes I teach (namely Aqua and dance fitness type classes) but as I'm getting older, wanted to learn to teach a lower impact class apart from Pilates.

Not ready to teach this as yet as I need to start putting together (as well as practising) the different exercise/stretching elements that would form my own PureStretch classes.

ChiChi Fit classes start at Sundon Village Hall, Tuesday 12th Sept & Linmere Farmstead Thurs 14th Sept both @ 6.15pm. Who's ready to join me?

Flyers designed and sent off to the printers. These will be distributed as soon as they arrive back from the printers.

The flyers are being designed and will shortly be printed and distributed in the Sundon and Houghton Regis areas.

I'm making a start on designing the flyers for my new ChChi Fit classes. Not long now before the start dates so need to get cracking on getting these finalised, printed then distributed.

OK guys. My ChiChi Fit classes have been pushed back to September, mainly because after some serious thought, decided that starting a new class in the Summer is not a wise idea. So instead, these have been pushed back until September - which isn't very long.

So, to dust off the cobwebs, I made my way to a ChiChi Fit Masterclass, led by founder Daniella and the class partly led by ChiChi Fit Ambassador none other than Strictly Come Dancing's Craig Revel Horwood.

Some videos (of the Masterclass) together with more photos will follow very shortly, so as to give you guys a much better idea as to what ChiChi Fit is all about. It's a fun, fun, fun way to exercise whilst singing along to well known musicals.

In under a fortnight's time, I will be starting this very enjoyable class at Sundon Village Hall., Tuesday 27th June at 9.30am.
