Welcome to the Elite London Youth League
The Elite London Youth League (ELYL) is a forward thinking FA Chartered Standard league for all teams/clubs in and around the London area, with a focus on elite development and on bridging the gap between grassroot and pro-academy.
The ethos of the League is player progression and the focus is on player development not the results, promoting a safe, friendly environment which is supportive and allows every child to embark on an all-encompassing journey at elite standard.
The Elite London Youth prides itself in being the only youth league to promote a culture focused on Mindset, Nutrition, Well-being, Injury Prevention, Recovery and Lifestyle to provide parents, players and clubs with the best possible sporting experience.
