80% of what I eat gets me to where I want to be!
The other 20% percent supports that consistency.
Trying to be 100% all time will last you a few weeks maximum, before you get stressed out, fail and then not do anything good for a long time.
The all or nothing method doesn't serve you!

June Family Time....
Time is short and me and my family have committed to once a month dinners. Honestly is going great. Last month we killed 2 birds with a stone for fathers day afteenoon tea... I ate like 10 scones... they were not like butter they were butter
