This is me 4 years ago.
Trying everything.
Rushing reps.
Learning as I went.
I wasn’t doing it wrong —
I was figuring it out.
Every beginner goes through this phase.
The messy phase.
The unsure phase.
The “am I even doing this right?” phase.
That’s not failure.
That’s the foundation.
Start where you are.
Try everything.
Over time, you’ll learn what works best for you 💚

This is 10 years of constant training.
From running…
to weightlifting…

Fitness has always been by my side—not as a trend, not as a phase, but as a daily commitment.

Think about the choices you make every single day when no one is watching.
This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about showing up.

Don’t take your body or your energy for granted.

2021. The year everything slowed down.
Fewer choices, fewer people, quieter days.
With not much else around, I decided to invest in myself.
I took a personal trainer course online and spent my time at the gym —
showing up, learning, and fighting through my struggles one rep at a time.

Before and after... what's the secret?
Well, let me tell you - there is no magic formula! I've learned that consistency and dedication are key. Show up to your workouts 2-3 times a week, even when it's hard.
Be open to guidance from your coach or PT - they have a plan to help you reach your goals.
And most importantly, have fun! Don't get discouraged if you don't see results right away. Every workout is an opportunity to improve.
