Conflict Personal Training

Im saddened to say that we at Old Dunstonian RFC have decided to pause the Minis (U7 and U8s) Rugby for a little while and will look at how we can pursue this again soon hopefully later in the season or maybe next season.
We aren't sure if we haven't done enough with regards to advertising, the days and times we are running or negative comments made on our posts have cause the slow uptake or possibly a combination of all of them.
We hope to be back running asap!

So i know this wont seem like much to others but ive been struggling with a lot of different things recently, and above all else motivation.
I did 4.62 mile cycle today, then chilled on the sofa but forced myself to do a little workout.
30 push ups, 30 pike push ups, 1 to 10 reps of a shoulder triple raise challenge, 60 bicep curls. I then decided I would leave earlier than normal to get the boys from Beavers and did a 2.83 mile walk to finish off.
Not great but at least i actually did something 🙏🏼

Some of our vegan and vegetarian meals that we have introduced to our new weekly meat free days lifestyle. We try to use as much of our homegrown vegetables as possible.

Looking forward to training Helen Arnold tonight at 18:00hrs then off to 2 BOX to run the Ladies Boxing Class at 19:00hrs
