One of the best things about being a coach is getting to come along for the ride.
The client is always in the driving seat. They’re the ones doing the work, making the changes and pushing through the difficult bits.
But it’s pretty special getting to be part of the pit crew around them.
These are a few shots from the end of our latest Emergence photoshoot, with the Hounds of Health team who helped support everyone along the way.
A lot of hard work went into getting here. But also a lot of laughs.
And yes, we saved a few of the slightly more questionable photos for the end.

A few moments from behind the scenes of our Emergence photo shoot.
What people don’t often see is just how much everyone gets behind each other on the day. There’s a few nerves, plenty of laughsand a real sense that everyone’s earned the right to be there.
It’s one of our moments of the calendar because it’s a chance to celebrate the work that’s already been done.
A great group of people, a great atmosphere, and some brilliant memories.

Paula has been part of Hounds of Health almost from the very beginning.
Back in 2017, she was one of the first people to trust me with an idea that would eventually become Hounds of Health. Since then she’s been through busy periods, setbacks, good weeks and frustrating ones, but she’s never stopped showing up.
This transformation wasn’t built on a perfect 12 weeks. It was built on years of learning, improving and refusing to quit.
That’s why these photos mean so much.
They don’t just show a change in body composition. They represent someone who commit to making fitness part of their life.
We’re incredibly proud of what you’ve achieved, Paula. Thank you for believing in us all those years ago, and for continuing to prove that long-term consistency will always beat short-term perfection.
This is what real transformation looks like.
