Transformation Motivation ๐ช๐ฝ
Iโm extremely proud of my client Adam for achieving his goals. We started with conditioning the body to increase cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility/mobility. Eventually we started focusing on both strength and high intensity training. Adam absolutely loved HIIT which massively helped him lose weight. HIIT forced his body to use energy from fat as opposed to carbs. It enabled him to maintain his hard-earned muscles while burning the maximum amount of fat. Adam was losing weight and building muscle at the same time. I would make sure that each session was fun and he absolutely fell in love.

โMy aim was to completely turn my lifestyle around. I was depressed and my eating habits were out of control. I changed my diet and started doing cardio.
Although I was losing weight, I was not happy or confident in myself. One day I met Hira and we spoke about my weight loss journey. We agreed to book some PT sessions as I wanted to lose more weight. Furthermore, I wanted to gain shape and improve my mobility. She really took everything I had said into consideration including some of the injuries I have experienced with my shoulder and knee.
After just a few sessions I could see rapid progression and I amazed myself with what I was capable of doing. As time went by, training with Hira once a week, I noticed my body was transforming before my eyes. As my fitness journey progressed, we decided to tailor the training in order to tackle the issue of loose skin. This involved encouraging me to do weight exercises which I was reluctant to do. However, after seeing the results I was achieving with Hira, I decided to follow through and adapt my training style.
Now, in such a short space of time, I can see a major transformation happening. I am still on my journey, however, I have never felt so good in all my life.
I have achieved so much and I'm training in a way that I never thought possible. Thanks to Hira, her support and expert advice in exercise and nutrition. I know I am able to achieve anything I put my mind to.โ
