Short swim to a beautiful little cove. A few big waves 🌊 making entry and exit interesting. Feels so good to veni the water. Seems to calm everything down and help the brain fog and muscle pain. Beautiful 😍

So excited to be back in Lanzarote after 16 months of long covid. Let’s see how some short sea swims go ☺️🤞

Beautiful chilly swim in Lyme Bay this morning. Haven’t been in colder water for a while so wore a wetsuit and entered gradually. Still got the benefit of the cold water and stayed in for 17 mins which seemed about right. The sea was still and sun kissed and felt amazing. Looking forward to some more colder swims over the Winter ❄️
