Today’s workout is a simple 10-minute bodyweight AMRAP.

Your goal is to complete as many rounds and reps as possible within 10 minutes:

21 Squats
9 Push Ups
15 Butterfly Sit Ups

Simple. Effective. Repeatable.

You do not need complicated workouts to build strength and fitness.

This is the kind of training that helps you stay strong, fit and capable long term.

Set a 10-minute timer and move with intent.

Normal vs. obsessed.

I’ve lost count of how many times people have called me obsessed for caring about my fitness, being mindful of what I eat, or saying no to alcohol.

But going to bed early so you can wake up for the gym, fuelling your body properly, staying hydrated, and taking care of your health isn’t obsession.

Some people see discipline as “too much” because unhealthy habits have become so normalised.

At the end of the day, it’s not obsession.
It’s investing in your health.
