London is finally giving us some sunshine and warmer days. That means more sessions, more energy, more hard work and more time together on the ground.
Battle Team as the temperatures rise, staying hydrated becomes just as important as your training itself. Hydration helps maintain energy, focus, performance and recovery. Even mild dehydration can affect your reaction time, endurance and concentration.
Quick reminders for everyone:
π§ Drink water throughout the day donβt wait until you feel thirsty
π§ Bring a full water bottle to every session
π§ Hydrate before, during and after training
π§ Pay attention to signs of dehydration: dizziness, headaches, fatigue or cramps
π§ Look after yourselves and each other
Train smart. Train safe. Push hard, but recover properly.

Mental Health Awareness Week is a reminder that no one should have to struggle alone. π
At Battleground, weβve seen first hand how powerful community can be. Through fitness, support, encouragement, and simply showing up for one another, weβve helped many people improve not just their physical health, but their mental wellbeing too.
For some, Battleground has been a place to rebuild confidence. For others, itβs been a safe space, a routine, a support network, or even the reason they kept going during difficult times.
We are incredibly proud of the community weβve built together one where people lift each other up.
This Mental Health Awareness Week, remember:
Itβs okay to talk.
Itβs okay to ask for help.
And you never have to face things alone.
