A warm welcome back to Pedro Parreira, Honorary Local Representative (HLR) on Terceira, returning to help CA members discover one of the Atlantic's most extraordinary cruising destinations. Pedro is no stranger to many members and we are delighted to have him back.

Wherever you are in the world, you are rarely far from a CA HLR - experienced local volunteers ready to help CA members with everything from sourcing emergency repairs and finding moorings to navigating local bureaucracy, arranging provisions, translations and excursions. And if they can't help directly, they will know someone who can.
