This picture is from my Sunday run, in Bushy Park. When I stopped to take it, It reminded me of what and how running can feel like, if you don’t have a goal.

Creating mini goals, milestones, games makes your efforts achievable. And improves your performance.

I’m closing in on run streak day 1,000… just 40 days to go. And the past nearly 3 years I’ve run my best and most consistent times ever. Plus I feel refreshed, mentally strong and super fit from running every day.

If I’d set out thinking about running 1,000 days in a row, it would be a very dark cloud. Little steps. Little, achievable goals. Whatever that is. Can be done.
