Another week of being one handed, but we move 😂
The usual week made of coffee dates, work, and evening strolls
It can’t just be me…. ⬇️

This was my first ever big diet. My first real commitment to changing how I looked
It was around 16 weeks, dropping around 17kg
But that’s not the point I’m trying to make
The real point is I stuck to this while arguably in the busiest period of my life work wise
Gym manager, online coach, and face-to-face PT spread across two gyms at opposite ends of Gloucester. Add training, cardio, and food prep on top of that then it was a little busy to say the least
I’ll be honest did it suck and was it challenging? Yes. Absolutely. Every day.
Low food, high cardio, and being run off my feet made me want to throw the towel in every other day and call it quits
I committed to the plan even when things felt s**t. I saw it through when every part of me wanted to bail. And that’s the bit you’re skipping past
Anyone can start a plan but staying on it when it’s hard is the actual work and is 99% of the time, where the results come from
Structure, goals, and a high level of accountability is what sent me in this direction - this is exactly why the team achieves the results they do
Drop me a DM and I’ll show you how we build a plan you can actually stick to, tough days and all

First week in a while where things have been smooth sailing and normal ish!
Cardio is in now consistently at 5x per week for the moment, food as been bang on all week except for the odd couple of meals with Shan, and to be honest it’s good to be in the swing of things
Cardio is currently the on thing on the table but hopefully something will come soon 🥴
I chat to so many lads who fail because they’ve got too many decisions to make, not because they don’t want it enough or because they miss their diets
You’ve built a life with too many variables in it, and every single one of them needs deciding in the moment. What to eat. Whether to train. Whether tonight’s the night you sort yourself out…
And after working your ass off all day with pushing performance, pushing to be better at work, and then making decisions at work means the last thing you need to be deciding on is your training
Cut the options down and there’s nothing left to decide
Less options = less variables = less missing
Save this before you talk yourself out of something again
