Do you manage to combine busy lifestyle with training?
People think you need to live in the gym to look strong. That strength means sacrifice. No life, no fun, no space to breathe. For me it was the opposite. When training stopped taking over my week, everything got better. More focus. More energy. More time to actually enjoy life. 3–4 sessions a week was enough to build strength I respect. Enough to feel confident in my body. Enough to still say yes to days like this.

Good food, good people, laughing, singing along, just chilling. I didn’t get here by saying no to everything. ...
