May was an awakening 🌸

The WORST thing about travelling to & living in new places ….. ⬇️
Is actually the BEST thing as well.
It’s the challenges, the empty space, the silence, the waiting.
I’ve learnt so much about whats possible, what needs work, what to aim for in life in the past 2 years.
Move around, alot. Meet new people. Do new things.
Ultimately you learn about yourself…. And that’s priceless.
Many more adventures to come.

Week 1 in the Wick. London Summer coming in hot. 🔥

▶️ Moved in to Hackney Wick, 6 months in London before I head to Bali for winter
▶️ 3 New Clients welcomed to the WORKRATE COACHING CLUB
▶️ Finally signed my first WORKRATE RETREAT - October - Ibiza - 3 Spaces gone already - 10 spaces currently available.
▶️ Trained at my favourite London Gyms. Virgin Active Canary Wharf Riverside & Muscle Works London.
▶️ Got to explore Hackney Wick with new friends and familiar faces as well
▶️ Celebrated a friend’s birthday with a picnic & some fun games in Vicky Park!
