I’m really happy to share that I’m now a qualified Mental Health First Aider through !
Looking after the mental health of ourselves and others is something that means a lot to me, so I’m really pleased to have completed such an informative and worthwhile course, which will enable me to support people who may be experiencing a mental health issue or emotional distress

I am so pleased to announce that I have now passed my Level 3 Award in Adapting Exercise for Ante and Post Natal Clients! 🤰🏆
The course was challenging, but so interesting to extensively learn about the pregnancy stages and how to safely adapt exercise and leave the client feeling empowered.
So if you are on the lookout for a Facilitator of ante or post natal fitness classes, or you’re someone who wants to exercise during or after your pregnancy, please do get in touch 😊

Teaching one of my lovely Move More clients; a 10 week wellbeing programme designed to get Imperial College London staff & students more physically active and developing an all round healthier lifestyle. Together we've explored everything from how to implement a regular exercise routine, to improving their knowledge on topics like nutrition, sleep and stress management. I feel grateful to have had such a fun & hardworking group of people for my first group with this university 👏🏽
