Thanks to for encouraging me to take the plunge and get a MyZone fitness tracker. It’s a real motivator to push harder with your workout appearing on the screen in the gym. Great but of kit with a good social platform with the Milo classes is a great combo 👍👍👍

Very impressed with this GTR 3 so far. £120 on Amazon Prime day and so far it looks like a far better fitness tool than an Apple Watch and up there with all the big name brands like Fitbit. Looks good too.

And the the right shoes for me today were… Brooks Ghost. Thanks to they looks pretty cool too😁 They will be getting their first treatment of Lemon Sole straight away. Prevention is better than cure.

New Running Shoe Day at Lemon Sole. Big thanks to Melissa for helping me choose the right shoe. I no longer pronate significantly it turns out - that was a surprise and a lesson not to assume you know your gate. What did I buy? See the next post 👍.

A little while ago I got an email from a 14 year old competition climber asking if there was a chance of being sponsored by Lemon Sole. We get quite a few sponsorship enquiries but as a small company we don’t really have a budget; I was so impressed with Leigh’s initiative and drive we made an exception and agreed to support her and follow her in her sport.
