I can’t put into words the deep sense of fulfillment that comes from teaching yoga to those who need it most.
Today, I had the privilege of teaching a yoga class at St. George’s Hospital for patients living with cancer. Offering a space to simply be present and reconnect with the body can be incredibly meaningful during a time when, as a cancer patient, you may feel as though your body has let you down.
Yoga invites us back to ourselves. To feel the breath. To acknowledge our emotions and express them through movement. To experience connection, support, and the comfort of being together.
Many of the patients told me they never thought they could do yoga. What they didn’t know is that yoga adapts to you. Yoga is not about touching your toes or achieving a pose. Yoga is breathing. It is meditating. It is chanting a mantra. It is tuning into your senses. It is coming home to yourself and remembering that you are connected to something greater than yourself.
Today was a beautiful reminder that yoga truly is for everybody. ❤️

Today we gathered at Phoenix Yoga for an amazing photoshoot with our wonderful yoga teachers and the Phoenix community. We took individual photos and group photos, but what I enjoyed most was seeing everyone smiling, connected, and sharing the joy of doing what we love most.
Yoga has a beautiful way of bringing people together, no matter where you come from, what language you speak, the color of your skin, or your religion. On the mat, we are simply human beings connecting through movement, breath, and kindness.
If you live near or far from Putney, I would love to invite you to come and visit Phoenix Yoga. You’ll be welcomed with open arms and become part of a supportive, friendly, and inspiring community.

I had the great opportunity today to teach yoga at the Rose Centre at ST Georges Hospital. I am so grateful for this opportunity. I teach yoga to a beautiful group of ladies. We practiced with Joy!❤️ Thank you to and to bring yoga to the people that need it the most.
