Happy Sunday friends! I'm so ready for a week of new workouts with our members club & it's DELOAD WEEK! 🧘♀️
What does this mean…? Essentially, we’re still doing the same amount of classes, and we’re still going to sweat and work hard, but we’re not going to lift heavy and we’re going to go slightly less intense. This is to let our bodies catch up with the progress we’ve made to avoid plateau. It’s really important to schedule deload weeks otherwise you’ll eventually burnout and stop making progress. Even if you feel like you’re really keen to lift heavy this week I stronglyyyy recommend you don’t, having a lighter week will give you a hugeeee boost in week 5 & 6 so you can smash it with the heavier weights then 😝
