How to digest food?
For those who are on a diet, or lead a healthy lifestyle, it is essential to know. It is necessary to properly combine foods in order to not appear heaviness in the stomach.
Water - goes directly into the intestine;
Brees on vegetables, fruit juices - 15-20 minutes;
Fruit:
Watermelon - 20 minutes;
Melon - 20 minutes;
Oranges, grapefruit, grapes (it is allowed to mix 2 types) - 30 minutes;
Apples, peaches, cherries, pears (allowed to mix 2-3 species) - 40 minutes.
Vegetables:
Fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, peppers - 30-40 minutes;
Cooked vegetables - 40 minutes;
Courgettes, cauliflower, beans, broccoli - 45 minutes;
Beets, carrots, turnips - 50 minutes.
Legumes (lentils, beans) - 90 minutes;
Nuts - almonds, cashews, pecans, brazil nuts, walnuts - 2.5 - 3 hours.
Dairy:
Milk - 2 hours;
Kefir - 1.5 hours;
Cottage cheese, cottage cheese, cheese - 1.5 hours;
Hard cheese - 4-5 hours.
Proteins:
Egg - 45 minutes
Fish, lean - 30 minutes;
Salmon, tuna, herring - 60 minutes;
Turkey - 2 hours;
Beef - 3 hours;
Pork - 5 hours.

Baths for strengthening nails.
Tray number 1
Step 1: Dissolve 1 tablespoon of sea salt in the usual 0.5 liters of warm water.
Step 2. Press the lemon juice. Add the water and salt tablespoon juice. Stir.
Step 3: Lower the nails in the bath and hold for 20 minutes. Rinse hands with warm water. Apply a moisturizer.
The cycle of treatment: Baths should be done in a day. The duration of 2 weeks.
Result: The nails are strengthened. Cease to crumble. Leaves yellowish tint nails whitened.
Tray number 2
Step 1. Dissolve in 0.5 liters of warm water 1 tablespoon of salt (you can use table salt or sea salt).
Step 2. Add water with 3-5 drops of iodine salt. Stir.

Step 1. Dissolve in cup of boiling water teaspoon gelatin. Allow the liquid to cool.
