I can hardly bare to pick up my phone these days,
This week’s been heavy AF and the choice to be in offline-mode is about preserving the energy I have.

The side effect, the less I pick up my phone, the more human I feel - and the world is still turning.

My business is PEOPLE, Yes ok, I use tech, I have Zoom Calls, but exchange is more energising in Reality. I can’t hustle, I’m inconsistent, I’m a Projector, a parent, a person, a neurodivergent human making sense of a whole messy reality and choosing to be present with My People TODAY.

The background noise is still there, but I remind myself that I am the one with the ability to turn down the volume and change the tracks.

Fast, numb ‘living’ is dehumanising, when wr aren’t actively and consciously *choosing* then that is still a choice - sorry, but it’s true.

The Noise is distracting us, I think that’s the intention- who is making the noise, and Why?

quietly yet rapidly, the largely invisible consquence of this distraction, is solidifying & becoming our and our Children’s ‘NORMAL’

….it’s scary as F*ck.

Would I choose to have children again now?

Honestly, Probably not - AND YET HERE WERE ARE:
We are in the middle of NOW, living, maybe it’s a storm,
Maybe it’s the norm- whichever way we’re approach life, raising the Humans we created is involved - and WE choose this.

For them to exist as humans, in a increasingly Tech-Focused space, we, the parents, the People who CAN just about remember the days before this version of “normal’ took shape, need to stand still and re-define what the F* BEING A HUMAN MEANS.

START HERE…. What is human design?

Explaining human design is counterintuitive honestly, I hate having to come up with a neat little definition about something that is just an every day part of my real life, and is a lens & a language within my Coaching Practise -

For bright, complex humans in the messy AF middle, whether navigating Life, Business, Parenting or Relationships - there’s an inevitable tension with an evolving sense of the self.

You want clarity, need context, are fed up with the impossible intangible feeling that something will land.

Human design is not prescriptive or one-fit.
The awareness, integration & experience of Human Design remains Yours - open and expansive, with depth, information or curious exploration….. it’s a Real life invitation to refine or define “make sense” with a new lens- One that works for YOU.
