Classes are a lovely mixture of mobility and strength moves helping your body to restore its natural balance. Everybody is welcome regardless of ability and age, most importantly we are non judgmental, we always share a good laugh and have a great workout.

I currently have spaces available in all classes for September apart from a Tuesday.
If you’d like to join us please let me know and I’ll get you booked in.

I had a lovely weekend completing my Reiki level 1 & 2 training 🙌🙌
