Mid-Season Tryouts! 💛🖤

This month, we’re hosting two tryout sessions for our volleyball teams (Woman’s, Mixed). We’re looking for players with lower intermediate skills and above, so please only sign up if you meet the requirements!

A hard fought victory for the team. We had to give up the second set due to an injury on the team but that didn’t stop the momentum moving onto the third and fourth set.

First Women’s game of the season didn’t go our way but the effort was there, and we’ll continue to build upon it for the rest of the season. Onto the next!

Result: 1-3 to Queen Marys

Despite the result, the mixed team showed incredible resilience and energy in the court. The connection of our new team was great and it was our first match together!

Special shout-out to Kaitlan⁩, our MVP of the match, who absolutely smashed it in the middle against some very tall and strong opponents! Not just for her plays, but also for her great energy and attitude on court.

Honourable mention to Gary our setter who pushed through and played all four sets in a row with great effort!

And let’s not forget all the cheering from outside the court!
