The absolute gentleman that is Zabihullah had his first bout yesterday and was victorious with a first round stoppage 🥇

Diet is a key part of sports and general wellbeing.

That's why we invited in a nutritionalist in to speak to parents and boxer, so that they could understand better what makes their bodies tick and come up with some healthy eating solutions ✅️

We provided our boxers with recipe cards and ingredients, which they used to cook up a dish fit for an athlete 💪🏽

Anyone who completed the recipe submitted photos to us and received vouchers to be spent on healthy eating.

Super proud of all our boxers and the entire team, who stepped up and performed on Sunday at the very first Metrobox Home Show!

AR made it look effortless in gaining a first round stoppage, who moves onto 4-0. We will step-up the level of opposition next time.

Arshia put his combinations together beautifully to out point his opponent.

Eric was beat in a points decision against a skilled boxer. He picked up an arm injury in the middle round, but didn't show it and battle through until the end.

JB, who keeps getting better and better, used his experience to out box his opponent and secure the W.

Yamen held onto 2 round leads to keep at bay hisbopponent who came on strong in the third, picking up his debut victory.

Chauncey lost competitive bout, but battled through to the final bell.

Zabi's opponent didn't have existed card, so unfortunately the bout was pulled.

4/6 wins the Team 💪🏽. Onwards and upwards!

A very Merry Christmas to our 9-15 year old group at our new London School of Mosaic gym! 🌲

All of these boxers live super local to the gym, so it's great to provide a free service on their doorstep. They've all made amazing progress in the 2-3 months they have been with us.

In particular well done to Ed (image 3), who is our first boxer of the month at our Camden gym! 🥳

We can see the huge leaps in confidence, fitness and skills that Ed is making every week, which as a coaching team makes us extremely happy. Ed wins a free Metrobox top - keep growing Ed! 👏🏼

With another year almost wrapped up, it was time to celebrate with our youngest boxers yet again! 🥳

This year we had Islington Superintendant May-Robinson drop by to congratulate the boxers on being great! 🥊

Long term supporters of the club came bearing gifts for each and every boxer, thanks to the top man Armando - we are always grateful 🤝🏼

All our boxers also walked away with new club t shirts, either to train in whilstat the gym or to represent in their own time 👊🏼

Well done to all our boxers, champions in and out of the ring! 💪🏽

Shown your appreciation for Mickel who was a coach with us for 1.5 years. With his new job, he will sadly no longer have the time.

Mickel was a hit with the boxers from the jump, and with time and experience developed into a great coach. What a guy.

Eric displayed his signature grit and mental fortitude to break down his opponent, securing a unanimous decision in a high pressure debut bout
