You are officially invited to my SummerReTreat Day.
Only if you are the one who comes alive in the woods, who breathes deeper when sunlight warms your skin, who longs for movement, stillness and a deeper kind of connection… then this day becomes your Summer Treat.
A day created not just for you to retreat… but for you to be treated - fully, deeply, lovingly.
Held in the newly built yoga space on the beautiful grounds of Chiltern Velo, this summer gathering invites you into movement, nourishment, nature connection and energetic restoration.
We begin with Gentle Morning Yoga Flow and Breathwork to awaken the body and clear the mind. After that, we’ll enjoy a fresh, wholesome, lovingly prepared lunch -the kind that feels like sunshine from the inside out.
The afternoon opens the doorway to nature’s embrace.
Not wandering - but attuning.
Not passing through - but connecting.
You’ll be guided into forest bathing, grounding practices and subtle awareness work that helps you sync with the land’s vibrations, soften your nervous system and feel held by the natural world around you.
We close the day with a Reiki‑infused meditation and a magical sound bath, allowing your whole being to melt, release and receive.
This is your summer pause.
Your reset.
Your treat.

Downward Facing Dog is one of my forever favourites.
It lengthens the whole back body, strengthens the shoulders and core, wakes up the hamstrings, and brings fresh circulation to the brain. It’s grounding and energising at the same time, a reset button for body and breath.
We use it often in my classes because it teaches balance between effort and ease — rooting through the hands, lifting through the hips, softening through the jaw. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, Down Dog is a powerful place to build strength, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
If you want to explore this posture with guidance, variations, and breathwork woven in, join me in class — all levels welcome, all bodies celebrated.

For years I thought yoga was just movement — shapes, stretches, effort. And I hear so many people say, “I can’t do yoga,” because that’s still how it’s seen by so many of us.
But with practice, learning, and a lot of honest reflection, yoga became something much deeper for me.
It’s the way I breathe.
The way I move through fear.
The way I speak to myself.
The way I show up for others.
The way I choose presence over autopilot.
Yoga lives in every corner of my life now — in my thoughts, my reactions, my softness, my courage.
It’s not about being flexible in the body, but flexible in the mind and heart.
And that’s the message I want people to hear:
You don’t need to “do yoga.”
You just need to live it, in your own way, one breath at a time.
