2 days from week 7 of my cut. So far, only had one day where I ate 2700 calories which is still a deficit but I count it as a deviation since the plan was 2400. Nobody’s perfect, as long as you’re consistent it will happen for you.

This is one of my clients Zackeria. He started his journey a year and a half ago at 55kg, a depressed, anorexic and self-conscious broken man. Through working together relentlessly, tracking his macros and proper exercise selection, he’s been able to come out of his shell and express his true self. He stands triumphantly at 85kg. I’m very proud of his progress and his sheer consistency.

Progress update on my current bulk. Haven’t been to the gym for a week because of my shoulder. Scale reading is inaccurate because I just ate my only meal of the day and it’s probably an extra 2kgs of weight. Do you guys think I should keep bulking or stop now and start cutting for summer?
