Feeling good in my body has been my main priority these past few months. My mentality towards working out has shifted from forcing myself to do intense workouts to actually taking care of my body and focusing on quality training and eating nourishing foods π

It feels so good to get back to regular training. βΊοΈ
Only After skipping a few weeks I realised how much a good session can give. Usually for me planning my training in advance helped massively to stay on track.
