My baby is one! đ
The goal isn't to be perfect.
It is to love her loudly and show her what love and respect looks like.
If she grows up knowing her worth and expecting better from the world, then I did my job.

Merry Christmas Everyone!
We had an intimate Christmas celebration in my home yesterday. Today, we decided to unwrap our gifts.
I think Anais is excited about hers đ

Here are three rules I live by as a man.
1. Your body is your responsibility.
You only get one, and how you care for it shows how much you value yourself. Eat well and move often.
2. Integrity is Non-negotiable.
Your word, your actions, the promises you keep, they define who you are. People notice when you stay honest, even when itâs hard, even when no one is watching.
3. Mistakes Donât Define You; Avoiding Them Does.
We all slip up. We all fall. What matters is that you learn, adapt, and keep moving forward.
These rules are what help me build a life I can be proud of.
You shouldn't have to go out of your way to train someone on how to care for you, when that should be the bare minimum
Voice over credit:
I clean because I live in the house
I clean because I want my wife to have a clean house she can relax in
I clean to set an example for my kids
I shouldn't get a medal for cleaning as a man, because it should be bare minimum.
Idea credit:
Youâre your daughterâs first example of love.
Not in a romantic way, but as her first standard.
Youâre the first man to hold her.
The first to make her smile when the day is heavy.
The first to show her that love doesnât hurt,
doesnât need to be earned,
and doesnât beg to stay.
Thatâs a responsibility.
But itâs also a privilege.
Because how you show up for her,
how you respect her mother,
and how you stay present when youâre tired or stretched thin
sheâs watching. Always.
Sheâs learning what safety feels like.
What it means to be heard.
And whether sheâs worth someoneâs time, even on hard days.
Every small moment matters.
The forehead kisses.
Letting her play with your hair.
Saying âI love youâ without a reason.
Those moments teach her one thing: this is what love should feel like.
Grooming Essentials Every Man Should Own
These are the four grooming essentials I actually use.
First, an electric toothbrush. It gives a deeper clean and makes oral care effortless. I donât have to overthink it, I just use it and move on with my day.
Next is a body trimmer. Staying well-groomed isnât just a feminine thing. Itâs about hygiene and feeling confident in how you show up every day.
Third is a nail and grooming kit. Clean nails are the small details that matter more than people realize. Itâs a simple habit that says you take care of yourself.
And finally, a simple skincare routine. I keep it simple. Cleanse and moisturize. Healthy skin isnât about trends or complicated steps. Itâs about taking care of you.
