Today has been a hectic day, long day followed by an intense workout where I have been pushing myself to the absolute limits๐ฅต๐ช๐ผ

After my workout I took a few snaps for all my amazing followersโค๏ธ

Todayโs workout consisted of;
1๏ธโฃ Russian Twists
-This core exercise works the main muscles in your Obliques, Iโve finally been able to work up to 10KG for 20 reps each side for 3 sets ๐๐ผ

2๏ธโฃ V-UPS
- 15 reps 3 sets, personally this is one of my favourite ab workouts mainly because it uses all the core strength in your body and pushes you to your limit! If done correctly at a reasonable pace it can grow your Abs fast๐๐

3๏ธโฃHeel Touches
- 20 reps for 4 sets, this exercise targets your stubborn stomach fat which is one of the main reasons I do this workout because my main goal is to slim down my gut region and get that summer slim body look for my Holiday๐๐คช

4๏ธโฃ Floor Leg Raises
- I began doing this exercise at 12 reps for 4 sets and over 4 weeks I have managed to work up to 25reps for 4 sets
- This workout targets your lower ab region, again supports Fat burn of the lower stomach lining of your abs, this exercise goes well with exercise 3 in a giant set as it is a joint workout that attacks the same region of the body๐๐

After I have completed this workout I Smash cardio completing a 20 min fast pace Cycle followed by a 15 minute incline walk at 10% incline at 5.5Kph as for me this helps to push me over my threshold of my workouts also breaking more of a sweat making me work harder for those Gains๐๐ฎ

Happy Monday my people.
Mondays always seem to be the day where people always want to start a change. Simply because itโs the start of a new week. I use my Monday mornings to plan the week ahead with what workouts Iโm doing to what foods I will be eating each day. It helps to keep me focused and stay on track. This week I want to set a challenge he for each of my followers. Set 3 goals daily to smash each day, step outside of your comfort zone, push yourself that little bit more this week. Letโs get that Monday motivation going.
