Happy New Year everyone!!! I hope you had a wonderful festive week and are gearing up for what 2022 has to offer. Pilates with Gwen will still be here and it won't be long until it will be its 2 year anniversary. What a ride it has been! What a community we have made! Thanks to you all! It is nearly Christmas so time for some Christmas Pilates & ballet. This week we have mixed-ability Christmas core & stretch, Christmas glutes & stretch along with a Christmas beginners ballet class to send you off into Christmas dancing.
