when I think about the people I love most in my life..

I honestly never went into last year with the intention of seeing body recomp! My goals were clear, to focus on replenishing nutrient deficiency’s, support my hormonal health & better my health & habits in general!

But I see this time & time again, when we focus on health being our top priority, focus on the process, feeling good!! That’s when the results follow & you feel in the best shape of your life!

The best thing, it’s SUSTAINABLE - no cutting & bulking, no constant cycling, just being the best version of YOU (& yes that will look different for everyone)

I didn’t know how much I was damaging my health until it was too late, I don’t want you guys to make the same mistakes🫶🏼

honestly I did not realise how long it would take for my body to recover from the periods of stress I put it through !!

so when everyone’s talking about “dieting” and getting “lean” or “shredded” I just want to be here to remind you that it is SO important that you are also eating ENOUGH whatever your goal may be!🥑
