Private 1-1 coaching in the City of London, Helping professionals take back control of their health.

Back in September I did my first sprint Triathlon in 1:14.44s. I loved it but knew there was more in the tank.

So I set what felt an ambitious goal to try to break 1:10 next time out in April.

Yesterday I went 1:08.04 🙌🏼

I had to work a lot on the indoor bike over winter, hated every minute and it didn’t come naturally. But I definitely felt it transfer to the running.

Weekend was unreal, sun was shining and I got to share the moment with some legends, and ❤️

Images capture it pretty well actually, a slobbery mess with my mouth open, gasping for air for the majority 😅

Plus a little gem at the end 🥴

This is the part nobody sees.

The assessment frameworks.
The programming audits.
The decision-making behind every exercise selected.

1-to-1 coaching at a higher standard isn’t built on intensity alone.
It’s built on understanding - of human performance, pain, longevity, and the realities of high-pressure careers.

Born in corporate environments, our systems have been shaped by working exclusively with professionals who demand structure, clarity, and intelligent progression.

As we expand in Bank, growth isn’t about volume.
It’s about maintaining standards.

Because the hour on the gym floor is only as strong as the thinking behind it.

Some people make the work more enjoyable.
Some make the standards higher.

borovac does both.

In the time we’ve worked together in Sydney, we built real trust and I couldn’t be more excited to start the next chapter of JKPT building alongside him.

Training is looking busy ahead of the next Triathlon in April 🎯

Strength work stays in as a non-negotiable - not to chase numbers, but to support everything else.

Dialling in posture, control, and lower body resilience.

Recent gait work with Sophie at has been a good reminder: efficiency first, ego second.

Most people don’t struggle because they’re inconsistent.

They struggle because they’re doing random things - consistently.

This is what a strong start to the year actually looks like:
– no guesswork
– structured progression
– coaching built around the individual

We’ve kicked off the year with new clients onboarding at our new City of London base at 👌🏼

Same depth. Same care.

If you’re training regularly but not seeing progress, it’s probably not effort that’s missing - it’s structure.

DM ‘FOUNDATION’ if you want to start the year the right way.

Warwickshire Sprint Triathlon ‘25 with 💥

First time doing 🏊🏼 🚴🏼🏃🏻 - loved it.

I learnt:

I held back too much out of fear of blowing up
I run with my thumbs up
My trisuit destroyed my 🥜
