From Hamilton, Thriller, Wicked & Six, from the West End to TV screens across the nation, Aisling has carved out an incredible career both on stage and as a creative force behind the scenes. Sheโ€™s bringing all that experience, energy, and artistry straight into the Shall We Dance studio.

Fabian's work has been critically acclaimed and garnered him multiple award nominations including the 2020 Olivier Award for Best Theatre Choreographer, the 2020 WhatsOnStage Award for Best Choreography and the Stage Debut Award for Best Creative West End Debut, all for his work on EVITA
( Regent's Park Open Air Theatre) directed by Jamie Lloyd which also won The Evening Standard Award for Best Musical.

Born in Canada to proud immigrant parents, Fabian moved to Australia at an early age to train extensively at The Victorian College of The Arts in Melbourne on a full scholarship. As a dancer and musical theatre actor, Fabian's career took him from Australia to Europe, the United States and Asia performing in shows includingย  West Side Story, Cats, Chicago, Fosse and many more.

Further nominations for choreography include; the 2018 OFFIE (Off West End Award) which he won for his work on THE RINK at Southwark Playhouse starring Caroline O'Connor and the 2017 WhatsOnStage Award for Best Choreography for his work on OUR HOUSE (UK Tour) starring George Sampson. Other choreography includes: THE VIEW UPSTAIRS (Soho Theatre), MADAGASCAR (UK/Asian Tour), WORKING (Southwark Playhouse), ON THE TOWN (BBC Proms Royal Albert Hall), THE 24 HOUR MUSICAL ( Old Vic- Dir Jamie Lloyd), BRIGHT LIGHTS BIG CITY (Hoxton Hall), THE DROWSY CHAPERONE ( Upstairs at the Gatehouse Theatre)

Associate choreographer/Resident choreographer for Peter Darling on MATILDA
(UK tour /West End respectively)
and as associate choreographer to the Australian premier company of MATILDA. Associate choreographer to Arlene Phillips on European productions of WE WILL ROCK YOU and as assistant choreographer to Karen Bruce on FAME (UK national tour)

One of Fabianโ€™s personal career highlights was working alongside theatre legend Ann Reinking as associate choreographer on FOSSE (USA and international tours) and he continues to be inspired by the legacy of Fosse/Verdon.

Fabian is currently working on the first non-replica production of Stephen Schwartzโ€™s WICKED in Hamburg, Germany.
