Coming off a GLP-1 …. ⁣

Here’s what I would do 🙌

36.8lbs of fat melted ……⁣

Started at 234.4 lbs⁣

Now weighing in at 197.6 lbs⁣

This hasn’t been about starving himself, smashing endless cardio, or chasing quick fixes. It’s been about structure, consistency, and understanding what his body actually needs.⁣

We focused on a structured meal plan, a progressive training program, and most importantly….managing stress levels alongside a demanding workload from running his own business.⁣

A lot of people underestimate how much stress impacts body composition, recovery, performance, and fat loss. ⁣

So instead of just throwing more work at him, we made calculated adjustments based on his lifestyle, recovery, and biofeedback.⁣

Recently, we introduced more Zone 2 cardio to help push fat loss further, but with that comes additional stress on the body…..which means nutrition has to be even more accurate. Better food choices, better calorie management, and better recovery.⁣

He’s now moving into Phase 4 of his reverse diet, meaning calories are continuing to increase… yet he’s currently the leanest he’s been while eating the most food he ever has.⁣

That’s what happens when you stop guessing and start following a plan built around YOU.⁣

The body composition changes speak for themselves 👊

If the scale is your only measure of progress you’re setting yourself up to quit….⁣

And I see it happen all the time.⁣

Someone trains hard all week. Eats well. Sleeps better. Feels stronger.⁣

Then they step on the scale Friday morning and the number hasn’t moved.⁣
So they give up.⁣

But here’s what they missed……That number doesn’t tell you about the cortisol your body is managing. The water retention from a hard week of training. The muscle you’re building while fat slowly disappears.⁣

The scale is noisy. Especially over 35.⁣
Hormones, stress, hydration ….they all distort it daily.⁣

You’re making life changing decisions based on bad data.⁣

Here’s what I get my clients to track instead:⁣
⚡ Energy … rate it 1-10 every morning⁣
👕 How your clothes fit….not the size, the feeling⁣
🏋️ Performance in sessions….are you getting stronger?⁣
😴 Sleep quality…are you waking up restored?⁣

These four never lie⁣

Track them for just 2 weeks and I promise you’ll never trust the scale alone again.⁣
You are not a number.⁣

You are how you feel at 6am. How you perform under pressure. How you show up every single day.⁣

Start measuring what actually matters …. ⁣

The day you give up the number is the day you see progress….. anyone in shape or been a shape for a while all have zero emotion to that metric 💪

Friday night happens…..⁣

3 glasses of wine. A late dinner. A slow start Saturday morning….⁣

That’s not the problem.⁣
The problem is what comes next.⁣

Most people wake up Saturday feeling guilty, skip their session, eat poorly all weekend and then tell themselves they’ll “start again Monday.”⁣

The pendulum swings. Every. Single. Week.⁣

Here’s what breaks the cycle:⁣
One non-negotiable Saturday morning habit.⁣
And that’s it …..⁣
A walk. A session. A protein breakfast….⁣

You don’t need to undo Friday night. You just need one anchor that keeps you on track when the weekend tries to derail you.⁣

Because here’s the truth…. Consistency that is built Monday to Friday…..⁣
Needs protecting on Saturday morning & over the rest of the weekend ….⁣

Pick your habit. Guard it. Every week without fail 🎯
