I know I haven’t been posting a lot! But to be honest I like to keep my privacy on what I do in my own time. Today I felt sharing this as I want to share with you how much I love my food 🙈🥰
These things are so simple and quick to make and so nice to eat.
I give my body what needs, any time she wants she can get anything she wants, I treat my body like it was my own child and I love it this way.
Here are the ingredients:

I took this picture this morning. You know how much I love flowers 🌺.
But what I like the most is that I use flowers to keep my feminine awake. The smell helps my body to keep breathing, keep inhaling, keep receiving oxygen into my body, keep receiving love into my life, keep giving myself all the things I need and I wish, because I deserve it all.

Good morning everyone!
I would like to announce my new approach today!
I have been very silent for a while as I felt the direction of my Instagram and my whole work had to evolve to something more true, more organic.
This is a painting I done a few years ago when I was trying to understand the connection body mine and spirit. This drawing was my own therapy to understand why my hips where so tight and why my neck was holding so much tension.
During that period I was going through a lot, loads of healing past experiences that were connected to my physical body. And that is the truth of my work, that is why my sessions are different from what you see on the high street. There is a difference on teaching the exercises and on teaching HOW to do the exercises! And supporting others to find their own body mind connection.
Hope many times we all had the feeling that our minds weren’t communicating with our bodies?
Well… it’s and Art to learn how to communicate with your body, not an easy task, as the body compensates width every movement.
Today I would like to announce the beginning of a new way of communicating with you. Thanks for reading this and staying connected ❤️✨

I did catch my handsome husband a doing one of his stomach series a few days ago in our new home studio.
It’s wonderful to see a man doing Pilates, I keep hearing things like: pilates is easy, pilates is for girls, pilates is just breathing…
And by looking at his workouts makes feel so proud!

Happy Monday everyone!
I am sorry I have been quiet, I have been working on the side on my new music project. It’s has been really fun and special to work on my music video and my album, I can’t wait to show you all my creative side 🤫. This is picture it’s just a reminder of how much I miss to be by the jungle 😞!
As much as I love London and Uk, my heart is always divide in 2 💔!

Being honest to yourself when you exercise is important 🐘🙏🏻✨
Doesn’t matter how flexible you are, or how slim you are, what matters that you are exercising MINDFULLY, your spine is the most important part in your body! Not your brain 🧠 😂
Transpersonal Pilates is all about learning how to leave your ego on the side and access to the body and source ✨🙏🏻!
