1) Incline laying cuffed raises
2) Shoulder press
3) Chest press
4) Tricep dips
5) Lat raises DDS
6) Tricep extensions

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY - non restrictive calorie deficit🐣🫶🏼✨

I recently decided I wanted a new focus with my goals & training and something to truly dial into and challenge myself a little more with. I had been in a gaining phase for a while & wanted to see a little more of what I’ve been building these past few months so I’ve eased back into a slight deficit to put things to WORK🫡

No restrictions, eating good & wholesome meals and ultimately ensuring I fuel myself because my body deserves it! Of course my meals change each day, but this was such a delish day of eating🤭

TOP 3 FAVE GLUTE FOCUSED EXERCISES🍑🫶🏼✨

When I first started my fitness journey, a lot of the reason I wanted to get into training was out of insecurity. I had a very ‘flat’ figure & went into things with a heavy focus on training lower body to try and build my shape. Over the years with the right nutrition, progressive overload & incorporating moves that my body responds well to, I managed to build a not only my physique, but my glutes of course too!

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY - as an online coach, to grow my glutes⭐️

I’ve recently realigned with my goals & this season is all about growth, in both strength, confidence & belief; training hard, fuelling up & most importantly thriving in the process!

Of course not every day looks like this; my food will change but that’s the beauty of the process - having flexibility, including my favourite foods but still aligning with my intentions! It doesn’t have to be complicated nor restrictive because sustainability is always paramount and we’re in this for the long haul besties📈
