Ciao a tutti! - NUOVO CICLO di CERCHI MISTI in ITALIANO

Hi everyone!

I'm announcing a new online 12 months monthly cycle of meditation, movement, ta**ra, circles workshops starting in two weeks, in ITALIAN and open to all genders and ages.

If you want to know how I've been keeping myself busy, this is above all the favorite thing:

In November I offered a three weeks online retreat with 6 Italian speaking women. We met three times a week for 2-3 hours.

This came from a need to hold each other during the autumn/winter lockdown. It was a success and we carried on, working with the feedback to adjust a format that we could maintain..we co-created what became:

"In cerchio tra donne" (in circle with women)

On Monday I closed a 3 months Italian speaking weekly circle that includes 15 beautiful women who have been sharing opening to sisterhood, deepening awareness.

We're taking a two week break but will still meet every Monday to do yoga and a bit of stretching whilst I rethink my intention and themes for the next cycle.

Every circle is 2 hours, has a theme and is a dynamic mix of many many practices. We play, laugh, cry, share, listen, connect.

The feedback is incredible, stronger sense of self, hightened energy, friendship and love, healing in communion, more creativity, motivation. Monday has for us become one of our favorite week events.

I've loved doing this work, which gives be amazing rewards and keeps me centered in my intention to live from a place of love.

I wanted to share this in writing with my community because I'm proud of this work we've done and so grateful to have mirrors like each one of these women who show me the self I want to be and the self I am.

We're soon going to open up the circle and do a montly online mixed circle in Italian with a male facilitator who will represent the men in the group along side me holding the women. So any Italian man out there who wants to step into the unknown and open to vulnerability get in touch.
