Over the past few months I have been building a service that achieves RESULTS. No more missing out on social events, food groups or alcohol - I have a training plan that will help you achieve your goals!
 
I want to help as many women gain confidence within the gym, nutrition and most importantly themselves! 🫶 So, I have decided to open two coaching spaces!
 
I will personally be coaching you 1-on-1, for a minimum of 4 months, focusing on fitness & nutrition alongside a balanced lifestyle. I will utilise my training plan to fit your own personal goals by providing you with workout plans, a meal plan and daily check ins.
 
As someone who has shared my own journey to find balance, strength and self confidence, I can tell you that my training plan will allow you to become the best version of yourself.

CLIENT TRANSFORMATION 😍 SMALL CHANGES, BIG WINS 📈 Weight loss, Body confidence & Same underwear different fit.

Within 4 weeks lost 3kg. We continued working together but didn’t focus much on the scales - as you can see Georgia is at a healthy weight!

Through consistent training, eating a well balanced high protein diet you can see…
• Underwear fits differently
• Smaller waist
• Chest area is more lean
• Inches off around the thighs

But the scales didn’t move after 4 weeks. So proves my point that don’t DEFINE YOURSELF TO NUMBERS. SMALL CHANGES, BIG WINS. CONSISTENCY, BALANCED DIET = RESULTS

CLIENT TRANSFORMATION ⭐️ Coached to Confidence! 1:1 Coaching Spaces Available 📈🏋🏼‍♀️

Joanna has been working hard for 12 weeks now. Maintaining a calorie deficit and training 4-5 times a week whilst maintaining a 9-5 job.

This is how fitness/exercise should make you feel ❤️‍🩹 COMMENT WHY YOU LOVE FITNESS BELOW 🏋🏼‍♀️

• Without any comments people turn to fitness to make them feel better. I love training with others, in a group, in a team - it’s how I thrive ❤️

Fitness/Exercise shouldn’t be a chore or punishment. Find something that works for you! If you don’t like running, DON’T RUN. Same goes for lifting weights or doing yoga!

Exercise is about moving your body and as long as you do and eat well you’re will see long term, sustainable results 👏🏻

Healthy Chicken Satay Recipe ✨ ~ Follow for more recipes!

A fakeaway you must SAVE & TRY! It’s super easy, only takes 30mins to cook and a family favourite! This recipe serves 4 ☺️⁣

Satay Sauce: ⁣
400ml Light Coconut Milk ⁣
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce ⁣
5 Tbsp Peanut Butter ⁣
Tbsp Honey ⁣
1/2 Lime, Juiced ⁣
Tsp Hot Curry Powder ⁣

Curry: ⁣
Chicken Thighs ⁣
1 White Onion ⁣
500g Mushrooms ⁣
Tsp Garlic Granules ⁣

Serve With: 1 Mug of Rice (I used half brown and white and cooked with 2 Mugs Boiling Water) Green Beans and Roasted Cauliflower (Roasted in Paprika and Turmeric) ⁣

• Mix the Sauce Ingredients Together. ⁣
• Fry off the onion and garlic in oil. Add the mushrooms to soften and then the chicken. ⁣
• Once chicken is white pour in the sauce and simmer for 10mins! ⁣
