It’s was 50 shapes of grey in London last week… An win against the French was definitely a highlight 🏴
All in all a solid week of training, coaching and hitting the books for mentorship… the grind towards summer is on 💪🏻

The comeback is on. Dublin, skiing… maybe not the perfect prep. But what a perfect weekend it was throwing down with the gang at Origins
My first ever Rx comp. Highs and lows on the competition floor; 12 UB BMU, first time on a 15ft rope climb, first time doing heavy DUs, placing 18 / 110 teams, missed a 115 thruster, hit 4 RMU (biggest ever set) - I’m proud of them all, I have my absolute best.
But CrossFit aside, what a team. I felt so inspired by the amazing athletes from I got to share the competition floor with. And I’ve made some great mates with plenty of stories to tell from an eventful weekend - excited to throwdown with them again soon 🙏🏻
If the first 5 weeks are anything to go by, 2025 is going to be a cracker 💪🏻

Strong start to 2025. Not have the stereotypical January, but I wouldn’t change it (biggg social month 🍻)
There’s more to life than always being dialled in - not to say I’m not excited to see where I can take my fitness this year, but I’ve had a cracker of a month. February we sharpen the axe 🪓
But honestly grab some pals, book some flights, drink, dance, sing in a crowd and don’t take life too seriously 🙏🏻

Habits 📶
Why are they important? They help develop consistency and consistency is key 🔑
Start small & don’t overcomplicate it.
Once you get good at showing up, you can focus on increasing the output.
If you try to do everything at once…
… you risk increasing the chance of failure, set-backs and inconsistency.
Make it easier to succeed - a 1% increase daily will lead to serious improvements over time

Did a thing.
Taking a moment of reflection today, I’m incredibly proud of how far I’ve come as an athlete, but more importantly as a coach and trainer over the last 3 years.
Whilst there is seemingly a lot of hate for CrossFit online (often just people unwilling to learn the methodology), in my opinion, it is still one of the most enjoyable, rewarding and effective ways to train, and something I would recommend to anyone looking to develop a well rounded fitness.
Proud to say I’m officially a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer…
… Level 3 is in my sights 👀
