Personal Training - Leveraging physical fitness to improve your health and wellbeing.

05/08/2026

The aesthetics and physique development has been the primary goal for the past 2 years.

I’ve finally decided to lock in a combat sports specific strength and conditioning program.

Right now I’m exercise testing and I’m considering the following:

Exercise selection (to build explosiveness)
Weight selection (as a % of 1 rep max)
Tempo (how fast I move the weight)

Programming requires attention to detail regardless of it’s either physique improvement or sport specific.

Essentially don’t do random, you’ll get very little out of your training.

For years I’ve flip flopped on doing an actually combat sports related training block.

The aesthetics goal has always pulled me back in 😂

I’m exercise testing this week, and these are some of the new exercises I’ve added into the program.

Exercise selection, % of 1 rep max (how heavy), tempo (how fast to move the weight) are all relevant depending on your specific goal.

I genuinely believe that people don’t want to embark on this journey because the level of sacrifice they believe they need to make.

Don’t get me wrong, my current physique is 2 years of solid intentional phases of growth and fat loss.

But I’ve never eaten unseasoned food.
I’ve not skipped my wife’s curry once.
I haven’t missed out on seeing my friends.
Or making memories with my family.
It’s not been plain sailing either.

There’s a method to building an impressive physique.
Yes there will be sacrifice, but not the ones you may think.

The challenges you face within our culture and community are ones I face on the daily but I’ve been able to overcome them multiple times over.

I can show you how too.

When the community is split in two you know the article has landed as intended.

I actually appreciate the guy who commented as it really made me think about this in a different way.

You can choose to be defined as the stereotypical South Asian, or you can take control of your own health and turn the tables.

Be grateful for the resources around you and the opportunity to be able to redefine yourself and your identity through your very own body and health.

Good help is here when you need it 🤝

My usual client base is not the 60+ South Asian

But the level of growth you see from Devesh and Jigna highlights the adaptability of good coaching within the A Team.

There is no one size fits all, and that’s how you spot a good coach.

✅ Both started at 60+
✅ Both now stronger than probably everyone their age.
✅ Now stronger than most 30 year olds too.
✅ Controlling health conditions like diabetes too.

Turning heads during wedding season.
Their friends asking how they did it.
The jealous ones telling them to stop 😂.

They both are such a great example of what happens when you decide enough is enough, reach out for help, repeat for the long term and thing about longevity.

If we can turn the tables for .gore and what makes you think you can’t do it too?

Please 😭🏃🏾

This can all 100% be a reality for you too.

It’s as simple as a message to me to see if you’d be a good fit for the A Team.

The body you’re longing for is a series of weekly wins stacked up over time.

Instead most people try to work it out alone and make no progress weekly and they probably even go backwards.

Even though it’s summer, we have fun, still go out, socialise, have a drink or two at the bbq, and make this level of progress every week.

Having me in your corner gets you step by step closer to your brand new identity.

The first 7 months of the year have been great for physique development 💪🏽

For the remainder of 2026, I’ll be transitioning to new goals, but also still trying to get strong af.

🥷🏽🚀

I see two options:

1 - figure this body transformation thing out alone.

You run the risk of making exceptionally slow progress and continuously losing and gaining that 3-5kg for years.

You also run the risk of life taking over and you actually never making any progress at all.

2 - you hire help.

You actually drop body fat weekly, you get to pick the brain from someone that’s been there and done it multiple times over, you change your body more in a few months than you ever have in years of trying alone.

I’ve made it simple too join the A Team because I actually care.

No huge up front investment, not even a contract to sign.

Just a very simple onboarding process to start seeing results immediately.

Once you’re in, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at the rate of progress you’ll see with me in your corner.
