Whatever has happened, know that your results don't define you. This is just the beginning for you - we can't wait to welcome you to Middlesex!

Maybe you’ve got a passion for dance, you fancy yourself as the next DCC, or you just want to try something new at uni - well we might just be the team for you! Come and dance with us, make new friends and create some fun memories - you don't need any experience and everyone is welcome! 🫶🏻

MDX VORTEX 25/26 🌟

The time has finally come to share our 2025/26 routine and we think it is our most fun one yet as we take it back to the 90s! 🩷

These girls have been absolute superstars this year and shown such resilience when over half their team decided to quit mid season (with several being right before a competition). They kept working hard, taking on all the changes that had to be made like it was nothing and really bought the performance when it mattered most! Meaning that we get to walk away this season with TWO top 3 finishes, we could not be prouder! 🫶🏻
