Heading into the new week like a warrior .
You Are Here Yoga offers group and private yoga classes ~ online and in person Hello and welcome to my page! I'm a 200hour Yoga Alliance recognised instructor.
My attitude towards yoga is that it should be fun and enjoyable for everyone as well as strength building and deeply relaxing. My aim is to bring the attention of my students to the very moment in which they can simply exist, without any judgment. I offer a variety of Vinyasa Flow classes online as well as private, corporate and small-group classes in person.

I often get asked what private classes entail so here’s the gist: .
The truth is that not all types of yoga are for everyone and neither it should be! Having 1:1 yoga classes allows you to focus on the things you want to work on! .
I come up with unique and creative sequences that focus on the individual student to help them feel at ease in their own body. That way each student can achieve their goals and work on the things they enjoy, whether that is adding a bit more mindfulness to their lives, increase flexibility or build strength and master more challenging poses like inversions. .
Most importantly though, having 1:1 classes allows students to deepen their practice by understanding in greater detail how poses feel in their own bodies, which ones will benefit them and which ones could potentially lead to injuries. .
Not every body is the same, not every body is meant to look the same and so not every body is meant to practice the same poses!
