Delighted to welcome in Seal House Charlie [she/her] a CBT therapist to the .curiouslife team!
Charlie is a qualified CBT therapist and a registered member of BABCP. She has worked in numerous settings on an employed and freelance basis, including the NHS, higher education, banking and EAP. She is particularly interested in workplace difficulties and helping people understand how early beliefs about oneself and the world can feed into difficulties with productivity, confidence, and relationships.
Charlie offers a therapeutic space grounded in her values of equality and compassion. She believes therapy can be a creative, playful process as well as an emotional and intellectual one, but ultimately, it must be collaborative.
