Most people in tech can get a role.
But not the right one.
That’s not a skills issue.
It’s clarity and positioning.

I used to think I was too busy for my personal goals.
Work. Leadership. Family. Travel.
Long days. Constant decisions.
So I told myself: “I’ll get back to it later.”
Later never came.
Instead, I hit a wall.
Low energy by midday.
Short patience.
Bad decisions I had to fix the next day.
Here’s what finally clicked:
Energy doesn’t come from doing less.
It comes from taking care of the system doing the work.
So in 2026, I made one rule.
Movement is non-negotiable.
Not perfection.
Not aesthetics.
Not discipline for Instagram.
Gym. Tennis. Padel.
Or just a long walk when nothing else fits.
Because when your body runs on fumes,
everything else suffers too.
If you think you’re “too busy” for your goals in 2026,
DM me.
I’ll share a few simple, easy-to-implement life hacks that actually work for busy people.
Most people think becoming a manager is just the next logical step.
You do great work.
You get promoted.
And suddenly leadership feels heavier than expected.
Here is the truth most people never hear.
You are not struggling because you lack skills.
You are struggling because the game changed.
What made you successful as a senior engineer often works against you in leadership.
Ex*****on stops being the main currency.
Clarity, direction, and decision making become the real job.
That shift feels uncomfortable.
And when it does, many people assume they are not ready.
That assumption is wrong.
You are not failing.
You are transitioning.
I just released a full video where I break down why this transition feels so hard and how to make sense of it without burning out or second guessing yourself.
If leadership feels heavier than it should, watch the full video.

2026 will not change because the date changed.
Most people will set goals.
Very few will change how they operate.
What do you want to shift in 2026?
If career growth and leadership are part of that journey,
follow along. I share reflections for people stepping into bigger roles.
Happy New Year ✨

How I helped Chuck develop executive-level emotional intelligence and leadership skills
By using these 3 simple steps.
When Chuck came to me, he:
Had deep technical expertise but found it challenging to connect with stakeholders on an emotional level.
Wanted to understand his team’s and stakeholders’ perspectives in business meetings.
Needed to transition his skill set from technical knowledge to executive-level leadership.
This led him to:
Feel disconnected during high-stakes meetings.
Wonder if he was effectively leading his team toward shared goals.
Question how he could make a stronger impact as a future C-level executive.
Chuck was determined to grow.
We started working together three months ago, focusing on developing his emotional intelligence and refining his communication style. Together, we built the foundation for Chuck to lead with confidence and empathy.
These were the 3 steps we followed to achieve his goals:
1) Understanding Stakeholder Dynamics.
> Chuck learned how and why his team and other stakeholders communicate and react the way they do.
2) Mastering Executive-Level Communication.
> We worked on specific techniques to help Chuck communicate with clarity and empathy, aligning his message with the needs of his audience.
3) Applying Emotional Intelligence in Real Situations.
> Chuck practiced responding to various scenarios, equipping him with strategies to navigate complex conversations effectively.
In just three months, Chuck transformed his approach to leadership.
Now, he can:
> Read the room.
> Anticipate reactions.
> Connect with his team and stakeholders on a deeper level,
positioning him as the executive leader he set out to become.
