As a personal trainer, my ultimate goal is to inspire positive change in the world through fitness. With the right technical guidance and psychological support from me you can reach your health and fitness goals. Working out with a Personal Trainer can really make
a difference between success or failure when it comes to achieving your fitness goals. I am not against to failure , because what we should enjoy is the journey not the destination. Whatever you are doing , there s no success or failure, only a journey. Enjoy the ride and automatically you will get what you expected. After many years working at Primary and secondary school as Learning support teacher, PE ASSISTANT ; And life skills at secondary school , I felt that I have learned a lot many skills that would give the strength , courage and patience to carry on my new adventurous as Personal trainer. Also, after many years training, I have the technical knowledge and experience to know which exercises will work for any body type and get the results you want. For me being a Personal Trainer is not just about creating a bespoke exercise routine for my clients. I take a holistic lifestyle view, taking in account your age, body type, lifestyle, nutrition and overall health.Motivation is by far the biggest reason why people choose to work with a personal trainer. It’s easy to talk yourself out of going to gym tonight, but much harder if you have an appointment booked with me. When you train I will keep you motivated, but the biggest motivation will be the consistent results you get from training with me.
