Lorenzo De Benedictis

Lorenzo is a dedicated and passionate football coach, who is comfortable working with different types of players and aligning his coaching styles to their specific needs. Lorenzo holds his UEFA B Licence, FA Youth Module 1, 2 & 3 and is currently working with Fulham Football Club. Lorenzo has also been involved in Men’s football for more than 3 years, nurturing and developing contacts in grassroot football.

Jerome Smiley

Jerome is a FA Level 1 qualified coach who has worked within the Fulham FC Foundation for five years, experiencing a number of different coaching environments, developing different skills, on the pitch and off the pitch.
In addition, Jerome is currently studying ‘Football Coaching’ at St Mary’s University in Twickenham with Chelsea FC Foundation, and he also completed different qualifications in Disability football, Talent Identification and Futsal.

Ivan Ambrosio (Head Coach & Co- Founder).

Ivan is the Co-Founder of Strive Football Club, and he has a strong passion for developing technical, confident, and brave footballers. Ivan holds his UEFA B Licence, FA Youth Module 1, 2 & 3 and he is currently working for Chelsea Football Club. Ivan is part of a larger broader scouting network. Ivan has also coached in Italy, Norway, and Greece.

At Strive Football Club values are very important!

For this reason, our coaches will guide young players through these values and examples, on and off the pitch!
